Do you offer custom printing on the wristbands?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any custom printing of bands.

Can I purchase just one wristband?

Silicone wristbands can be purchased in a minimum pack of 5, and can be ordered in Small (child), Medium (Youth), and Large (Adult).

Leather wristbands can be purchased individually.

What quantities of wristbands are available?

Silicone wristbands are available in 5, 10, 25 and 50 wristband packs always in stock. Leather wristbands are available for individual purchase.  Our website is always the best way to order your LDS wristbands. Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

What size are the wristbands?

Sizes include; Small (Child) size- 150 mm (5.2 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 1.95 mm (0.076 in) thickness Medium (Youth&Women) size- 180 mm (7.09 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 1.95 mm (0.076 in) thickness Large (Adults) size- 202 mm (7.95 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 1.95 mm (0.076 in) thickness. Each wristband is made of 100% silicone.

Leather wristbands are available in two sizes medium and large and are similar in size to the medium and large silicone wristbands.

Payment methods: Can I order by check/cash/money order?

Unfortunately, the online store is only able to accept credit cards. We are unable to accept orders over the phone or through the mail. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order methods: Can I order by phone/mail?

Phone/mail orders are not accepted at this time; In the near future you will be able to purchase the CTR wristbands at local retail outlets. We will post more information on locations in the coming weeks.

What is a CVV number?

The CVV number is a security code which merchants use to ensure that the cardholder is actually placing the order. On Mastercard and Visa cards, the CVV number is a three-digit code located on the back of the card, usually on the signature line, directly following the credit card number. On American Express cards, the CVV number is a four-digit code on the front of the card, located above the credit card number.

When do orders ship?

Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted such as items on back-order. If you order a back-ordered product with other products, your entire order will be shipped together in the back-ordered time frame.

What is the timeline for international orders?

In addition to a 2-3 business day processing period, international orders may experience inbound and outbound delays including customs and may take 2-4 weeks.

What else should I know about shipping?

We usually ship through the post office, UPS, and FedEx International (orders through UPS and FedEx International will not deliver to P.O. boxes or arrive on weekends). If you place a 2-day order, please consider that the carrier does not consider the day they receive the order as one of the 2 days. Therefore, an order placed on Monday will be processed and the 2-day shipping will begin on Tuesday (package would arrive Thursday).

Shipping

Your order will ship from our warehouse in 1-2 days. When your shipment is ready, we will use the level of shipping you selected on the site. The site will calculate your shipping cost based on the weight of the items you have selected to purchase. Handling fees are included in the shipping line for each order.

Returns

We have a 100% guarantee on all of our products. If you return your item(s) within 15 days, we will give you a full refund for your order. To return a product, please use the contact page to email us and obtain instructions. You can also send us your returns to the following address:

Please include a copy of your packing slip, or your name, address, order number, item number and description of the product(s) being returned, and the reason for your return.
